great environment, great people, great company. the experience I gained at Deloitte jumpstarted my career and can not be equalled at many companies.

Cons

There weren't many negatives that came along with working at Deloitte. I was lucky to know my team really well and work was always a pleasure.

Advice to Senior Management

not much advice - just continue providing great environments for young professionals to succeed in and you will continue to have access to the brightest candidates coming out of universities each year.

Pros

There is support in every place possible. People are willing to help others out. In smaller offices, the management interacts frequently with lower-level staff. Compensation is decent.

Cons

Travel is probably the biggest downside. There can also be some pretty long hours.

Deloitte's culture - ethics & integrity; support; work life balance; growth opportunites. Most of all it's the Deloitte people!! Also, the diversity of folks you work with as it is an amazing opportunity to learn.

Cons

None - Yep there is nothing wrong that I personally see!
