Working with very telaneted people, an opportunity to develop an grow with the business

Work with some great colleagues and meet lots of intellectual people who are willing to help

Hard to get requested client projects as you tend to be put on a project without having much say in the matter

Once I left Deloitte, I realised that I was being underpaid however I stayed mainly due to loyalty to the firm and the fact that I really enjoyed working with the people. I suggest that you review the pay

show sincerity in people's efforts by taking tangible action in response to their concerns
Pros
The people are normally great to work with, and great at what they do. The amount you learn while working for Deloitte is also a great education in business.
Cons
Sometimes projects are understaffed / underscoped, making for longer than necissary hours, often with little extra recognition. Work/life balance means writing off most weekdays and living your life on the weekend.
Advice to Senior Management
Better staffing and scoping to reduce loads on people. All in all though, they are doing a good job.
