Pros
Nice people around. Nice workable atmosphere. Good food and cafeteria.
Cons
Management knows that they need to hire people every year in a high attrition market. So they lie all and everything about their profiles and come to campuses in India e.g. IIT, DCE.
The information shared about profiles is so false, vague and broad that you may get hired for a strategic client interacting management consultant profile and a serial coder doing nothing but coding and testing on the same kind of job description.
That's my personal experience post which i resigned in few weeks and went to another company which was ethical and honest.
Advice to Senior Management
Please look at your India Management and especially HR and improve the standards of professional ethics.
