The people at Deloitte France are generally smart and well educated. It also enjoys an excellent reputation in the French marketplace which helps with networking and credibility.

Cons

It's a very segmented and political environment. There's no love lost between departments and cooperation and information sharing are actively discouraged. Partners play favorites a lot too which can be discouraging.

Take a broad view, be more encouraging to the troops, forget about hierarchy a little and treat your people with a little more respect.
