Pros
Small company with the opportunity to get experience in many different aspects of real estate.
As an acquisition consultant to high net worth individuals and institutions I was able to review 4,000+ opportunities, underwrite those that met the client search criteria, and present the financial returns to senior management.
Cons
Small consulting firm with variable cash flow.
Not enough business diversity to support the firm during the current downturn in the real estate market.
