Perfect working environment and working procedure & training in automotive field.

Little experience of R&D. Company Shanghai Branch is more likely a workshop, not a place for innovation.

1. No critical work in most of the teams.
2. Bit relaxed w.r.t working hours(depends on crazy managers)
3. Good cab facilities

I really regret joining this company, main problem is the managers here.
Most of the people sitting in management roles(those who supervise developers) are pathetic!!.
They are lost in their own world and behave very crudely.
unfortunately they are not smart or have any technical knowledge.
this implies that your capabilities go unnoticed
note: every rule has exceptions, before you join be sure that the manager whom you work for is considered better..
