Pros
There is a lot of exposure to technology. If you are a self learner this is a good place to work.
Cons
Not an Open-culture as the management claims.
Advice to Senior Management
Respect the good people in the company, else they will leave. Appreciation for an employee's efforts must be equal in all teams. The people engagement practices claimed to be implemented must be implemented more effectively.
