    Pros

Learn a great deal of stuff about everything educated with a very smart group of people. They are not afraid to make changes quickly. Pay when starting is nice.

    Cons

No raises ever. Not enough leave when first starting for higher level employees.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Need to give raises.

    Pros

Met some great people there who really want to succeed despite the companies best efforts to keep them down. The finance department is solid but unfortunately run by the admissions department. Huge conflict of interest. At least i got regular hours.

    Cons

Most if not all admissions responsibilities are pushed on finance. Despite compliance regulations. Getting on the bad side of a Admissions Manager can lead to written warnings and terminations. Poor leadership skills shown from the top down. Finance constantly working re-actively and is punished if the idea of working pro-actively is brought up. Place is on the bullet train to being closed down like Everest.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Let Finance do its thing. Stop making EVERYTHING their responsibility so the ARs can spend a few more precious moments on the phone. Just sit back and look what is happening. Keep in mind, after a certain amount of time, FA can be requested.

    Pros

They do deliver their paychecks on time but they're quickly going the way of Corinthian so who knows how long this will last.

    Cons

This is a terrible school that is rapidly loosing students and not adding new ones. The classrooms are outdated and we can't compete with other institutions. Students stare at the clocks because the classes are boring and staff just rushes them through to get the next round of financial aide.

    Pros

I had such wonderful students, and I was inspired every day by watching them grow and learn and find themselves.

    Cons

The administration is worthless and corporate does nothing to help. Threats to fire you if you keep contacting them about issues.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Pros

new hire ups are getting the company to a more stable place

    Cons

no windows in the office, based out of an old college so we are all in classrooms forced to squeeze cubicles into a room.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Consider increasing paid time off, paid holidays, and offer over-time.
Get us out of these classrooms!

    Pros

coworkers are nice, classrooms are decent compared to come schools. students are the best

    Cons

We've had two CEOs in the past three years and the new CEO changes direction monthly. stop wasting money and time and shuffling things at corporate and help the schools.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

focus more on the improving our schools for our students and stop the constant changes at corporate. the schools know what we're doing - stop changing everything. management keeps inundating us with new announcements and changes which pull us away from our students.

    Pros

Good coworkers, opportunity to help students

    Cons

Long hours, low pay, poor management, unprepared students, poor facilities, lack of support, toxic work environment

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Show respect to employees, hire assistants for program directors so they don't have to do it all, don't let in so many unqualified students, treat students and employees like they matter, don't let students run the school, spend money to purchase supplies and update the building, hold students accountable for their behavior and academic performance

    Pros

The pay was decent, but not at all consistent and fair given experience, performance, etc.

    Cons

Poor leadership, the job is mind-numbingly boring and without challenge, opportunity for growth. Supervisors treat employees like children and constantly dangle carrots and offer false promises and bribes for better performance. Employees and students are not respected or valued. The bottom line and hitting the numbers is all that matters and the only people who stick around are those that have no professional integrity and are "yes men"! Manipulation and the omission of facts it SOP.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Wake up and pay attention to your employees. Learn to value them as professionals. Stop looking at your students as a meal ticket and realize their value as human beings!
