Pros
Good variety of work, great people to work with, plenty of support to develop yourself, excellent work life balance, reasonable pay
Cons
Variety of work means it can be difficult to develop detailed knowledge in a single area. The company focusses too much on its signalling and software departments, neglecting traditional engineering functions.
