No overtime (zero), More managers than employees, incompetent managers, expensive medical benefits, mediocre vacation compensation, cheap rates, Morale is non exsistant, discrimination amongst co-workers.
Terrible place to work.

Treat people with respect and you will get loyal employees.

Great benefits package, working with top flight clients and the latest technology.

Cons

The junior and senior managers are behind the times in technological trends and do not do an effective job of creating a positive work environment. When I was let go, the Sr Director of Operations couldn't even look at me during the meeting.
