Details
Pros
Living in West Michigan. Great place with good schools. Strong religious culture. Lots to do with Lake Michigan so close.
Cons
Not open to new ideas at all. Even with proven and documented examples of ways to save money it was an insurmountable task to bring new strategies to fruition.
Advice to Senior Management
Look in the mirror and decide whether you are part of the problem or part of the solution and then act for the betterment of the organization
