    Pros

    The food was ok, get a 50% discount when working and I think it was 25% when off the clock. Fast paced environment, constantly meeting new people.

    Cons

    Being promised a promotion but then being put on the back burner. Having hours that are different from what I was told when I was hired.

    Pros

    The restaurant is opened 24 hours.

    Cons

    Cheap labor costs, servers are given additional tasks outside of their "role" for still 2.13 per hour, such as washing cups and silverware. You might as well move me to a dish-washing position if I am washing cups and silverware.

    Pros

    The GM is great and so is the assistant manager, they will help you and give you the hours you need, of course if you deserve them. Some co-workers , including myself, are extremely helpful when the going gets rough. Some of the customers have been going there for years, so it's a very friendly environment. Some people leave great tips.Great place to start off your experience as a server/host.

    Cons

    Sometimes understaffed, very rude customers once in a while, sometimes the guests don't leave alot of tip but of course that's based on the service and because the menu is not too expensive, people come with not that much money and don't really know how to tip anyways. Some employees are very selfish and not helpful at all, only thinking about themselves.

    flexibility and short shifts. Ability to make some decent money at time, but at other times not so good

    Cons

    high turn over, high mgmt. turnover, some of the customers can be a little a difficult at times and wish they could attract more families

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Upgrade and remodel stores and keep them cleaner. Hire more bus boys to do deep cleaning as the wait staff should be spending more time with customers. Use better food products.

    Pros

    I love working in the customer service field and loved working with my co-workers. Some of the Employee's actually had manners and worked together as a team.

    Cons

    The manager just yelling at you if you did something the wrong way, instead of explaining what you did wrong to fix us from making that mistake again. The Upper management has no respect to us servers.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    To all of them having the same information, for the managers to not have favorites, to treat employees with the same respect as they do with customers.
