    Pros

    50 % discount on food, get good hours if make a lot of sales, stay busy

    Cons

    Constantly changing menu, poor management, they're more concerned with your sales and not how you work.

    Advice to Management

    Focus more on the quality of your workers and not just their sales.

    Pros

    This is a good job as an introduction in the service industry. The staff and management are usually nice. The customers are usually very pleasant if you are good at your job. The remodels look great.

    Cons

    No Bonus, Little room for growth, Upper management will often push a issue to the side, Crappy benefits, Older restaurants are often VERY dirty in the BOH due to crappy kitchen set ups.

    Advice to Management

    Back up your managers don't just let them fail. Increase your ratio of staff to guests to ensure guest satisfaction. Have a better training program for hourly staff.

    Company I work for does not care for customer service, only Labor hours and money.

    Advice to Management

    Get Carla out of Denny's. She does not care for the people who she is in charge of. Rude disrespectful lady.

    Pros

    The half price discount was nice. The food was always good but a little pricey. The coworkers were amazing.

    Cons

    At the beginning of the shift was a workload of dishes and just having a lot more dishes coming in would put you behind. The hours were terrible and being the only worker at night when it would get busy would suck. Staying after shift until the morning because of all the work was exhausting.

    Advice to Management

    Always have two people working it gets too much too handle at some points, its minimum wage you can afford another worker.

    Meet many new people everyday.

    Cons

    Crazy hours with no advancement. No healthcare or employee perks. Will just about hire anyone

    Treat your employees with respect then they might stay with the company longer.

    There are no pros, mostly cons. Stayed for 6 months longer than most people.

    Always dead Management changes often Clueless employees No breaks No money

    Pros

    Flexible hours, family like atmosphere, most customers were a delight to work with, that pretty much sums everything up.

    Cons

    Very poor pay, and most of the upper management were terrible at their jobs and had lower level employees do their jobs for them.

    Advice to Management

    Actually do your jobs instead of standing around and you might have less of a turn over with your employees.

    Pros

    Regulars are nice, money can be made if they don't put too many servers on, which they always do.

    Cons

    Management is a joke. Extreme favoritism towards Hispanics. Night shift is dangerous, swing shift is full of teenagers, and morning shift manager is a not nice at all. This whole franchise to be honest is crooked.

    Advice to Management

    Have a better more positive attitude. Treat employees fairly.
