    Great coworkers, flexibility, great training, good management, good product, great on the job training, always busy in the mornings, help always received when asked for, good incentives

    Poor compensation, poor clientele, no room for growth or promotion, not allowed good schedules and good sections for tables; high volume of turnover

    You get to bring home money on a daily basis, you get to work with wonderful people and get to be around wonderful customers

    Cons

    You have to stand on your feet all day and have to be able to carry heavy trays of food and remember your customers to ensure their happiness

    Pros

    The food was ok, get a 50% discount when working and I think it was 25% when off the clock. Fast paced environment, constantly meeting new people.

    Cons

    Being promised a promotion but then being put on the back burner. Having hours that are different from what I was told when I was hired.

    Pros

    I love working in the customer service field and loved working with my co-workers. Some of the Employee's actually had manners and worked together as a team.

    Cons

    The manager just yelling at you if you did something the wrong way, instead of explaining what you did wrong to fix us from making that mistake again. The Upper management has no respect to us servers.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    To all of them having the same information, for the managers to not have favorites, to treat employees with the same respect as they do with customers.

    Scheduling and Training.Bonus Plans are decent once you increase SSS.

    Cons

    Team bashes each other in an attempt to one up the other one. Extremely high rate of turnover. Not focused on building sales. Lacks direction from the district manager position. Too much going behind people backs with hidden agendas.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Stop with all of the movement.Having a different District Manager every 10 months brings different views and opinions.Create a better work environment and stop running off your good employees. Listen and support yout managers in business decisions.
