    Pros

    Cons

This company is very disorganized and very cheap. From salaries to the allowed amount for supplies. Their processes are inefficient and redundant.

    Pros

they're very flexible with scheduling in the case if you need to go to school or if you're having family problem,

    Cons

I don't think the manager I had at the time was very human like, he treats people like dispensable. They don't have good pay, and they make you do work that isn't in your job description.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

treats people with respect, and be kind to them.

I have been working at Dental Dreams full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

Nothing much much.... company treats employees HORRIBLE

    Cons

So much to write. They disrespect all their employees by swearing at the if you do not make them enough money, pay stinks .. managers are on salery and work over the 40 hours they are paid for, the doctors are threatened if they do not produce enough money, you work on eggshells in fear of losing your job. If they do terminate you they say " you are a worker at will.'

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Have some class and respect for your loyal employees and not fire them because you are money hungry.
