Pros – The people are really great!
Cons – I really do not see any so far
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
Pros – Friendly employees, flexibility of hours, updated equipment, casual dress most days.
Cons – Management dosen't even know names of employees in their own (small) department. No recognition for work done and/or middle management takes credit for ideas - work improvement. Under payed - especially if female. No female management.
Advice to Senior Management – Take a look at all the wasteful ways you could cut back on your own outrageous expenses and pay your "lower level" employees better so 87% of them don't have to have a second job just to feed their kids.
Pros – Flexible hours, most managers willing to listen to concerns and involved with peoples lives. Employees are people and not numbers.
Cons – Low wages - so high turn around in many departments. Sometimes just the opposite and people have been with the company for 15-20 years so no new positions in higher positions/salaries.
Advice to Senior Management – Pay people what they are worth and they will be more loyal to the Company. Try not to flaunt all the "extras" (houses/vacations/trophies) that the well deserved owners keep purchasing. Focus managers about time spent in meetings that are usually too long and not always necessary.
