ProsA very relaxing environment to start working if you are a fresh graduate. Since it is a government institution, excellent benefits were given to its employees. As a new hired personnel, I could easily adopt to the working environment in here.

ConsSometimes, too much relaxing could lead to lazy employee.
Others were hired due to very powerful backers.

Advice to Senior ManagementIt should be performance and employee-quality based.

ProsYou can go places within the area of coverage, meet different people, attend several meetings, seminars/training to back-up your personal capability to properly perform the task assigned.

ConsMore work with low salary in comparison with the private sector;

Advice to Senior ManagementProvide additional incentives to the rank and file personnel who are at the front line in the implementation of the Program.

Current Employee – been working at Department of Agrarian Reform as a contractor for more than a year

ProsGetting along with the people who are project recipients, looking at their smiles makes my heart glow though sometimes I feel tired.

ConsFund and request releasing is quite long process.

Advice to Senior ManagementProcessing of request and releasing of request requires lot of time, if it action can be done at a minimal time, project and implementations wouldn't be sacrificed.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
