Pros

Desert Family Eyecare was an enjoyable place to work due to their friendly staff, flexible hours, adequate training, and they were receptive to feedback provided.

Cons

I can't think of many downsides to working at Desert Family Eyecare, except for the requirement of cross-training in different areas of the office. This is understandable, however I would prefer to stay within my job description most of the time instead of floating to different areas frequently.

Advice to Senior Management

It may be helpful to designate a few certain people, who are open to floating and are comfortable with other areas, who will cross-train for certain areas.
