This was a very fun work environment but at the same time you have to work... work hard play hard

Cons

Well I truly wish Sales and Recruiting would be getting paid on the same scale. Unfortunately that is a big issue with this company since Sales is on a higher commission scale than Recruiting

Advice to Senior Management

Please see my "Cons" comment. It is very important in order to attract good Recruiting talent to make them "equal" to Sales
