    Pros

It is consulting so if your skills are rusty, consulting give you an opportunity to get back up to speed.

    Cons

Benefits are expensive, no time off

    Advice to Management

If you have a large contingency of employees, consider either giving PTO or paying for client company observed time off

  2. Don't caught up thinking doing moves is going to get you ahead. You need to work desktop support or Helpdesk.

    Pros

    Can't think of one.

    Cons

Own rips off his employees, do a lexus search see for yourself, forewarned is forearmed. Fired a guy the day before he went into the hospital. Not owned by a nice person. Lifes too short to get mixed up with them.

    Pros

This was a very fun work environment but at the same time you have to work... work hard play hard

    Cons

Well I truly wish Sales and Recruiting would be getting paid on the same scale. Unfortunately that is a big issue with this company since Sales is on a higher commission scale than Recruiting

    Advice to Management

Please see my "Cons" comment. It is very important in order to attract good Recruiting talent to make them "equal" to Sales

  8. Great work environment and great co-workers!
