Deutsche Asset Management could do a better job of integrating teams across the division and across the bank. Still too much of a "legacy" mentality.

Nothing except for friendly co-workers.

Avoid this place like plague!!!! Especially in the compliance department under the most incompetent leadership and senior management. They are secretive, transparency is a joke and you will need to go thru 2 internal colleges to get promoted. There is no guarantee though that you will be promoted after a grueling military like colleges. They will pay you lots of money to get you in but once you're in your comp will not move at all....Better look for other companies to go to.
