social environment, nice and smart people, good working conditions meaning office, canteen, cafeterias, gym, lockers and showers. company is supporting a lot of sporting activities

few possibilities for career growth, not enough young people <35, travelling as the office is in Lux, expensive city, few trainings

hire more young people and re-design company structure, speed-up product development process, introduce new products, be more aggressive on the market
