Good work/life balance, but be prepared to be frustrated with slow progress.

IT Manager (Current Employee) New York, NY

ProsGreat work/life balance and time-flex benefits.

ConsProgress is slow. Reorgs seem constant. Bonus pay is declining. Most power is based in London, all other locations are secondary.

ProsNice people in most areas that I have dealt with. Very good work life balance. Experience has been relatively good.

ConsWeak infrastructure. Needs a major overhaul of systems and processes. Salaries are not that great, but for the hours worked, it too bad.

ProsThis was a really great company to work for, and for a bank they had a really great company culture. I have friends working from Morgan Stanley and Goldman, and I would say I enjoyed my work way more than them.

ConsThe big cons I had working there is similar to any other big company. It's hard finding out who to contact for which problems, but they try there best to fix that issue.
