I have been working at Deutsche Bank full-time for more than 10 years

    Pros

Great work/life balance and time-flex benefits.

    Cons

Progress is slow. Reorgs seem constant. Bonus pay is declining. Most power is based in London, all other locations are secondary.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Promote more from within rather than hiring externally.

I have been working at Deutsche Bank

    Pros

Nice people in most areas that I have dealt with. Very good work life balance. Experience has been relatively good.

    Cons

Weak infrastructure. Needs a major overhaul of systems and processes. Salaries are not that great, but for the hours worked, it too bad.

I worked at Deutsche Bank as an intern for less than a year

    Pros

This was a really great company to work for, and for a bank they had a really great company culture. I have friends working from Morgan Stanley and Goldman, and I would say I enjoyed my work way more than them.

    Cons

The big cons I had working there is similar to any other big company. It's hard finding out who to contact for which problems, but they try there best to fix that issue.

I have been working at Deutsche Bank full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

Broad platform resources and brand name recognition opens doors not otherwise available, better work life balance than most other platforms and some smart colleagues.

    Cons

Some unhelpful people running around who make it their mission to shoot down any idea. The management's mentality is to pay the minimum to keep people on board, which leaves most people in the mindset that management is constantly trying to take advantage.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

If you want to play with top tier platforms, focus on rewarding the top performers before they demand the reward...

    Pros

Given a lot of responsibility at an early age
