I f you interested in research and no routine job it is the place for you,
it enables you to use your imagination , and recognition all over the world.
almost each project results in several new patents.
you can influence on the design of the project.

Cons

much reading is needed to be able to keep up on the future developments related to the projects theme as a result of some times exploring fields without any information already accomplished.
The requirements are frequently changed, and the preliminary design can result in something absolutely different from the origin.

Advice to Senior Management

1) Often much of the research is done alone , i believe it is better to involve more people in the research.
2) there is need in more participation from the management above ( Germany headquarter)
