“It's fun to go to work every day”
Former Employee – worked at DevonWay full-time for more than a year
Pros – The people: competent and friendly, I learned a lot. The environment: few, clear rules. Freedom to get things done: close to zero overhead (meetings, reports, etc.). You are expected to contribute, but you are the expert and there's a lot of latitude in how to get results. Exciting job: SaaS for some very large companies.
Cons – None in my case. If you are into rigid structure, hierarchies, yearly objectives and reviews, then DevonWay may not be for you.

Current Employee – been working at DevonWay
Pros – A great place to work with cool technology and great people. Freedom to explore opportunities within the company provided and growth potential is excellent.
Cons – A fairly mature start-up, with processes in flux.
