Pros
Devoteam is launching an agressive strategy to develop itself through more markets.
They did a great job in IT consulting and are now relying on their excellent reputation to move in marketing, business and strategy consulting.
Cons
They are moving realy fast and it is a first come first served environment so there won't be interesting positions all the time.
Pros
The company is wealthy, the atmosphere is quite cool, and the mission are quite interesting.
Cons
The wages are under the market average, not a clear long term strategy. The company has not acquired yet the culture of a consultancy firm.
Advice to Senior Management
Build a long term vision, boost employee motivation with better salaries. When you decide new orientations, implement them quickly and do not let to much time pass, otherwise, they are forgotten and the dynamism is broken.
Pros
Entrepeneurial, Fighting spriit, great colleagues
Cons
Folks are billable resources, you are only as good as they can sell you out.
Advice to Senior Management
Focus on development of your people (for real not talk)
Pros
Interesting telecomunication projects on important operators and manufacturers
Cons
Working always on client's side
Advice to Senior Management
Give more attention to consultants technical and non-technical needs
