I have been working at Dextra Technologies as a contractor (less than a year)

    Pros

Chance to work with people from different cultural backgrounds.
There is a lot of smart and good people
Reliable work hours. With 5 days a week. If they ask you to come earlier they allow you to get out earlier too, which is fair and you can enjoy the whole afternoon for yourself.
Can not ask for a better location in Monterrey.
Opportunities even if you aren't graduated from a Software engineer related career.
    Clothes aren't even too restricted.
