Get rid of the corrupt, unethical senior management.
Communicate openly and honestly with the employees
Recognize employees for their merit/performance, not other biased criteria

Fellow employees are helpful. Epipen is fun to sell.
Cons
Terrible pay, next to no bonus or commissions. Lots of broken promises. Unreachable goals. Terrible management!
