Hard to leave -because of the perks. Employees expected to work from 7.30 .am. to 5.30 - not that it is expressly requested - but management encourage employees to compete and be the best.

Advice to Senior Management

Need more brands now. Need real innovation & braver marketing. Time for Diageo to start taking the lead in this industry.

Cons

loss of market share due to weak middle and senior management, little career opportunities for employees, all positions advertised the year I left went outside the company. No work life balance and moral was at a all time low.

Advice to Senior Management

Diageo have no or little relationship with their customers due to reduction in numbers and the outsourcing of critical customers facing staff. Decide now what to do with the beer business before their hand is forced by InBev or Heineken.
