Pros
Great consulting work as far as IT strategy is concerned. Very hard working and talented people. Hires the best in the industry.
Cons
No work-life balance. Company is moving towards a execution services model hence diluting the strategy brand.
Advice to Senior Management
Don't hire MBAs since you are moving away from business consulting and are going into execution services. All you need is technology people.
