“Good place to work hourly.”

Pros

Good people to work with.
Take care of employees/ families with outings/parties.
Management has an open door policy and easy to get to.

Cons

consulting firm with not so great direct clients and relationships.
People mostly join who are on H1 visas.
Not many role models or mentorship programs within the company

Advice to Senior Management

Build on branding and Client relationships.
Need more mentorship and polishing of their Brand ( Consultants).
Doing a great job and heading in a good direction.
