Pros
Will get paid in time if in project
Project are sometimes long term. not too much of hassling and nagging
Cons
No bench pay. H1b dicy. though to get a project.marketing skill poor.not recommended for long term career goals and objectives.

try to include more recruiters so that they are able to tap into more options and opportunities in various fields
