Pros – not too demanding, flexible hours
Cons – managers regularly illustrate and remind entry level employees that they are expendable
Advice to Senior Management – synergy from the ground up = morale boost = everyone wins
Pros – The pay was pretty good compared to other jobs. The people I worked with were great and we all had the same goals.
Cons – The management treated the employees very poorly. The hours given weren't great for someone trying to make a living and they played favorites.
Advice to Senior Management – Be nicer to the employees. We all work our hardest and half the time don't get the respect we deserve
