    Great People, Great Pay

Sales Associate (Current Employee) New York, NY

ProsThe pay is great, making $8/ hour + 3% commission really adds up -I average $30/ hour. Work is extremely minimal.

ConsIt's a retail position, so the work isn't the most challenging/ interesting.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company

Great for a college student looking for part-time work

Sales Associate (Current Employee) Tampa, FL

ProsAs a sales associate you get an allocated amount of "free clothes" , an awesome discount, and a competitive commission based pay.

ConsThis company will do whatever it takes to keep an employee. If an employee is constantly breaking the rules and hindering other co-workers, do not expect anything to be done.

Advice to Senior ManagementHire smart people. In my case, I have a store manager who is less competent then most of the sales associates. The schedule comes out sunday for the following week. The incentives to work hard are barely there. The lack of motivation I feel at work is astounding.

Diesel Nightclub is a nice club to work for.

Anonymous Employee (Current Employee) Pittsburgh, PA

ProsDiesel is a pretty good place to work. The place is packed on Saturday and Sunday and you can earn really nice tips. It is very easy to request off, and not hard to get people to fill in for you.

ConsWorkin with the public in a nightclub setting can be difficult at times. Sometimes patrons get out of control and wasted, however the security team is great in dealing with these kind of situations.

Advice to Senior ManagementGive more praise to employees when they do a good job. Other than that, the managers are very easy to work with and also very accomodating.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend
