Pros

If you enjoy working by yourself. I mean completely alone, then this job is for you. The pay is average for a job that requires little training.

Cons

Long hours, lots of travel, complete isolation. The pay is average, certainly not enough compensation to keep employees motivated for very long.

Advice to Senior Management

My advice is to offer better wages and in return you will gain a better employee. The job is a piece of cake but turnover is great because of the compensation factor.

Pros

-Lots of over time, but it is not always needed or wanted, regardless it is a must if you want a decent paycheck.
-They supply you with most all materials needed

Cons

-Office is separated from the field investigators.
-Low wages(with out overtime it would be garbage)
-Terrible communication
-No good praise given(if you're into that sort of thing)
-Empty Promises
-No company benefits
-Human Resources is related to the Owner of the company

Advice to Senior Management

Listen to the field investigators more, pay a little more, possibly up to competitors pay range, and you will keep your employees longer and happier.
