Its fun to work in social media with a group of peers who are very supportative. I feel like we are on the cutting edge of new technologies and it makes me proud to work for a company who is a leader.

Cons

When you work with new technology and new ideas tthere is always a great deal of change. Sometimes just when we think we have a process down, it all changes the next day.

Advice to Senior Management

Continue beeing thinkers so the company continues to grow and we can all grow with it. We depend on our management team to lead the way.

Pros

Digital Air Strike is very flexible with both its work schedule and hours. I love the team and the management. It makes coming to work fun.

Cons

I don't have much to say about cons. There is a lot of work, but it is fun work which makes it easier.

Advice to Senior Management

Keep doing what you are doing. Working here is fun and the environment you have created keeps it that way.

Innovative product concept and great customers.

Cons

Executive Management and culture is horrible. Lots of finger pointing. You’re expected work all the time for little pay and no respect.

Advice to Senior Management

Remove the entire Executive team, hire real professionals and the company might have a chance.
