    Pros

Great way to enter the industry.

    Cons

    Limited opportunity for financial advancement.

    Advice to Management

More cooperation between studios, management, and porting groups, so that they is more cooperation, research, and collaboration and less emphasis on the bottom-line with quick revenue opportunities that may not pay off long-term.

    Pros

Very fun atmosphere. Cool facilities with cafeterias and game rooms. Pay is good. It gives you nice curriculum. It's a company large enought to learn a lot, and small enought to feel your work actually adds a lot into the final product.

    Cons

If you are into producing high quality games, this might not be the place for you. They rather publish a mediocre game full of bugs, than waiting a week or two to publish a quality product.

They have periods where employee dismisal is almost automatic in order to reduce workforce and meet budgets.

    Advice to Management

Mediocre games are mediocre games, regardless of the date you release them. Allocate one week or two to polish the games and resolve bugs and you'll be much better.
