Details
Pros
Employees are not micromanaged and are given lots of freedom to apply their own styles to their roles. The solution suite / technology is a strength which bolsters the sales of business solutiuons
Cons
Management has high expectations of their senior people but won't delegate enough authority to those same people to allow them to be successful. Bonus plans generally have unrealizable targets and as a result earning fall very short of anticipated on target earnings.
Advice to Senior Management
Don't disregard the advice your employees that came from the big ERP companies are giving - this is the plan you need to follow to "cross the chasm"
