    Pros

    Pros- generally a great company to work for. People are friendly and helpful, instructions are computer based and generally helpful to perform my job.

    Cons

    Cons-digital is a Property Management company and has several locations to work through out the world....ideal if you are willing to move, not so much if they decide to sell your building and there is no others in your area.

    Advice to Management

    Get to know your working staff and focus on keeping good employees.

    Pros

    Huge room for growth. This company is investing all over the world and it's not unusual for your boss and his/her bosses to ask if you want more responsibility. More work = more pay.

    Cons

    No time for on-the-job training. Get your s**t together- day 1.

    Advice to Management

    None. Hire more help for the bottom feeders. Create a sense of comeradery for the teams and things will get done.

    Een groeiend, winstmakend bedrijf. Iedereen is belangrijk, en heeft een belangrijke bijdrage te leveren. Top management ziet je werk: top management raadpleegt diegenen onderaan de keten.

    Expanding, profit making company. Eveyone is made to feel import, has an important contribution to make. Top management exposure to your work; top management consults those on the lower end of the chain.

    Cons

    Bedrijf is erg gericht op de VS/VK. Belangrijke functies bekleed vanuit de VS door managers zonder internationale ervaring. Veel personeel in de VS die micro proces werk doen, wat afleid van werk op het gebied waar er weinig personeel is.

    Company very US / UK oriented. Key functions operated out of the US by managers without international exposure. Lots of US staff running micro-process distract from work in the field where staff is thin.

    Advice to Management

    Verschuif grote operaties naar Europa en niet alleen naar het VK. Blijf gericht op de core business. Ontwikkel strategische relaties met leveranciers.

    Shift major operations to Europe and not only to the UK. Continue to focus on the core business. Develop strategic vendor relationships.
