    Neutral Outlook

I worked at Digitalis Media full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Good pay Lots of freedom to come up with new ideas for SEOs and developers Some great ideas for products and services Fast moving

    Cons

Lots of management with no real purpose Particular member of senior staff prone to temper tantrums Efforts split across many different products makes it seem directionless Try to throw money at the staff turnover problem rather than fixing the cause Lots of late-night 'emergencies' that are anything but

    Advice to Management

Slim management down and focus on the core, profitable service that you offer. Invest in systems to make it easier to sell, and then worry about expanding staff.

  2. Great people in the company except a key figure in senior management with anger management issues

    Pros

Moden company, interesting projects, good location, friendly collegues.

    Cons

One key senior figure doesnt work well under pressure and takes anger out on staff, including abusive, intimidating language.

    Advice to Management

Try to deal with anger management issues, apologise when profanities and raised voices are used and deal with employee discrepencies in a fair, professional manner.
