Work with some extremely smart people around the world on advanced video technology. Ability to stay on top of current and future video and audio standards and to apply them to useful products. Employees want to do a great job. and are fun to work with.

Inability of management to retain engineering leadership, retain skilled employees, deliver products as expected on schedule, be honest with employees, and advance the company out of a start-up state. Under-staffed and over-committed.
Advice to Senior Management
Hire engineers to lead engineers and let them do their jobs, dismiss those people who have proven time and again that they will not help lead the company forward. Rebuild trust in your employees.
