well, dillarsd was cool... we got ok benefits and we get to dress nice at work. nice discounts, and nice perks.
Cons
the one thing that stands out in my mind is the terribel manager we had in our department. she was pathetic.
Advice to Senior Management
listen more to your employees, dont judge people so much and give people a chance to prove themselves and do better.
