Pros
easy going and can hold you down if you are still in school.offers great benefit package, has employee incentive program.
Cons
can get stuck.pay can be better compared to other places.will take years for advancement.not very challenging. i
Advice to Senior Management
be more understanding of expectations due to traffic of company.dont expect employees to create a miracle and get customers.

Pros
Management respects all there employees
Supervisor Communicate well with employees
The employees interact well with each other
Cons
Some Managers Micro manage when there is no need to.
the Glass ceiling stos at manager of a branch.
It can be very boring at times...

The benefits,and the hours are reasonable.
Cons
The lower salary and the lack of leadership.
Advice to Senior Management
I would have senior management evaluate work level management with a little more scrutiny.
