Pros
if you are looking for a prop trading shop this might be a good option. the fees that they start you out on might be a bit high but it all depends on the group you join and there specific services. overall it was a nice place to work at and i would definitely recommend it to someone who is interested in being an equity trader.
Cons
The only somewhat downside to the firm is the dark trading floor. to some this might not be a downside as it provides better concentration on the trading screens.
