Details
Pros
Security and stability. Co-workers are nice.
Cons
No room for advancement. Under paid compared to the avarage salaries given for the same positions in other companies. Liberal raises where everyone no matter how dedicated you are to the company you all get the same percentage of raise. Over worked.
