    Pros

Relaxed work environment, but you do have to deal with serious office politics. As long as you stay out of the drama and do work correctly and in a timely manner you will do great. However, there are only two departments so making manager (which can be accomplished in a year or so) will be the highest accomplishment you can make. Great summer job for students!

    Cons

Drama between co workers and Dealing with irate callers.

    Advice to Management

Stay out of the drama between the lower employees, please!

  2. I ENJOYED HELPING CUTOMERS WITH THIER NEED TO FIND SERVICES FOR ANY PROBLEMS THEY ARE FACING
