I have been working at Direct General full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Flexibility in working hours but that only means arrival and departure, no flex in work week.

    Cons

Salaries are not at market, raises are less than cost of living...if you get one. Work from home limited to certain people. Company allows 4 day weeks but managers won't approve it. Bonuses are only for director + pay grades. No profit sharing....there really is no benefit to working there. No tuition reimbursement. Technology is so backwards and most of the management team is very lacking in knowledge! The answer to ever issue is "let's hire a new director"!
