    Living Hell

    Sales Representative (Current Employee)
    Calgary, AB (Canada)

ProsThe money is there. They pay good compared to a lot of companies.

ConsYou don't feel valued in this company. They use you as pawns. They say there is huge growth but there really isnt. For them its all numbers game. Management is disorganized and the communication is really bad. I dont recommend working there if you want to grow up higher, but if you want hard cash then this company is for you.

Advice to Senior ManagementTry to improve communication. Also, help motivate your employees!

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
