Pros – pto was dencet, nothing really great from that point
Cons – if you have a dgree this is not the place for you they dont respect it. you get the same pay as someone starting out with a highschool diploma. if your yound you wont move up fast they. ant you to stay for 12 years and then give you a "promotion" to a coach or team leader. its a joke
Advice to Senior Management – use the talented people that decide to walk through your door. the ones with the actual dgree and place them to help your company grow.

Pros – A good company to work for to gain experience in the card industry offering ok pay depending on your business unit and manager
Cons – Lots of type A personalities with a desperate need to be heard and perceive as being intelligent

Cons – Call center job, inbound can be over whelming, too many calls, not enough reps, a lot of high school behavior,

Salaries can be tough if you we're not hired in a certain end of your pay grade, hard to,get past that, so negotiate salary knowing there is a large range

Pros – Company is good to employees. Work/life balance is good.
Cons – Some managers are incompetent, very subjective and not willing to own up to their mistakes. Company is very conservative and not willing to try new things.

Pros – The work was not hard at all, that's because no one really know what to do on the run away project
Cons – They have people that are not really PM's running the project, no idea what is going on.
Advice to Senior Management – Get so real PM on the project before you run out of money
