Pros
As in any sales environment, it can be very stressful and fast paced. Management makes it worth it with the great leisure activities and monatary promotions. Your hard work is always rewarded. The income oppertunities are limitless as long as you are a hard worker.
Cons
As I mentioned above, work can be stressful, but that is expected in both the sales and real estate industry
Pros
The hiring process is fairly easy and the medical benefit package was ok. Those are the only real pros that I can really recall.
Cons
Hmmm.. Where do I begin?? First of all the management is a joke, they are all very condescending. The treat the employees as if they were worthless. Very demeaning and overall vile! Management showed FAVORTISM to a selected few which were put at the best communities and were able to double dip in commissions. Aside from their favorite agents everyone else was treated like dirt. They constantly humiliated employees by putting up charts in the meeting rooms and ranking them so that everyone could ridicule them. Oh and can you say MICRO-MANAGE?! I have a great deal of experience and have been recognized for my sales achievements and clearly know what I'm doing so therefore I would NOT stand for it so I left!
Advice to Senior Management
Ayman and Carey are the most incompetent, mean spirited and malicious management team ever! I suggest that Albert Seeno get rid of those slimy people and hire a team that could motivate, encourage and manage a great sales team! The current management team is a direct reflection of the high turnover rate.
Pros
The experience of navigating your way through such an irrational, disfunctional family business day after day, allows you to fully appreciate the benefits of working for any future employer.
Cons
Disfunctional, irrational, self-serving place of employment with no job security regardless of how hard you work or your contribution.
Advice to Senior Management
Stop acting upon gossip. Recognize employee sacrafices and contributions. Focus on producing a quality product, the product will sell itself.
